Dear Diary,

The last week has been pretty good for me. I’ve started my second semester of college. I still do get that feeling. That weird feeling that starts the night before. You feel like you have to have your backpack ready and your clothes picked out. You’re not excited about it but you’re like oh man I don’t wonna go back to school. You’re not excited about it at all. That’s how I felt, and I still get that feeling even in college. I can’t wait until I’m done with it. I honestly can’t see how the stuff I learn today will ever help me in the future. But I guess they know everything, right? Haha.

School was good though. My sociology teacher loves swearing. He said there’s no homework or even any work. All you have to do is show up to listen to him talk, take a quiz every once in a while and that’s all. I actually can quote him: “We don’t do work, groupwork, homework, essays, projects or any of that bullshit. And anyone who thinks that not a waste of time is fucking stupid.” This is going to be a fun class! Hahaha. Other than that I took another writing class so I’ll be writing essays for that. Hopefully it won’t be too bad though.

Once again, I’m going to talk about the weather. It’s a Minnesota thing. I know it is that only Minnesotans bring up the weather on a daily basis. I’ve even started small talk by saying “This weather sure is cold” or sometimes even about the roads “damn, those roads are bad. People should learn how to drive before getting their license.” I’ve said things like this to people who live in other states and they just give me a weird look and say “yeah, it is.” and then look away or whatever. Anyway about the weather, it’s cold outside in the land of 10,000 lakes (btw I’m sure there’s way more than 10,000) A high of negative five and a low of negative 16 sucks. I can’t stand it and I’m really missing those nice 80 degree sunny days. It’s not only humans, It’s also my cat. The only thing Morris does during these cold winter days is lay around and sleep. It’s obviously too cold for him to play outside – he loves the outdoors. He loves the shade, the wind and chasing the leaves.

Hmmm Oh I know. American Idol. No, I’ve already told you about that yesterday (if you missed it type American Idol in the search on this page.) Good stuff though..

Before leaving I want to say that I do realize I don’t talk too much about personal things, like how a diary should be. I will admit this isn’t going how I planned it to go but what would the fun be if all you do is plan things and then make them happen? So here’s something from my heart: Sex. Girls. Lies. Money. Life. Blah blah blah. A bunch of personal information. There we go. Now It’s a real diary. Hahahaha. I’ve been thinking about changing the title to “Blogs” since I’m basically blogging not diary-ing. Should I? I’ll think about it. In the meantime I’ll hopefully be writing a lot and getting a lot of work done.

xoxoxo
